House Remodel - Hall Bathroom

My first of a series of entries of our house remodel.  This is the hall bathroom in our 1960's ranch style home.  We live in a lovely quiet older neighborhood.  I love the neighborhood - just wish that we had a nice, big, open floor plan and updated home.  Sometimes I think we should just knock this house down and start building.  But since we are on a very limited budget, we were only able to do a touch-ups/updating in the house.

Before - as you can see the bathroom tiles were 3 different shades of orange.

During  - We hired Red Stick Refinishing to refinish the tiles.  It took a few days to complete the process, but it was well worth it and SOOOO much cheaper than Re-bath or the time it would have taken for us to tear down the tile. We learned in the back bathroom remodel that the bathroom tiles have 2-3 inch cement bed on top of an iron mesh in the walls.  I can't remember the exact process, but I know James (Red Stick Refinishing Owner) used some sort of chemical to etch all of the tiles, then spray painted all of the tiles.

After - walls painted, new vanity, new mirror, new fixtures, new hardware, new light, and painted tiles
